Thanks to Iain Macleod, Shellfish Buyer & Community Relations at MacDuff Shellfish processing facility for taking the time to meet with me recently. 

It was good to meet with staff who have spent many years working at the facility and also staff who have recently arrived from Ukraine.

Fantastic to hear about the exciting work going on at MacDuff Shellfish. It was interesting to hear that the langoustines from the Minch are highly sought after, being higher in protein and lower, if not zero, in carbohydrates compared to langoustines from other areas.
